科技公司《湿热地区柔性基层长寿命沥青路面技术规程》团体标准立项获批

近日,从中国(guo)公(gong)路(lu)建设行(xing)业协会获悉,由科技公(gong)司(si)(si)牵头主编,联合山东省(sheng)交通(tong)科学研究院(yuan)、佛山市(shi)路(lu)桥(qiao)建设有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)、广东省(sheng)交通(tong)规(gui)划设计研究院(yuan)股份(fen)有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)、广东冠(guan)粤路(lu)桥(qiao)有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)完成的“湿热(re)地区柔性基层长寿命沥青路(lu)面技术规(gui)程”团体标(biao)准立项(xiang)获批。

“湿热地区柔(rou)(rou)(rou)性(xing)基层(ceng)长(zhang)寿(shou)(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming)(ming)沥(li)青(qing)(qing)路(lu)(lu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)技(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)规程”标准针(zhen)对我国公路(lu)(lu)设(she)计年限短,周期(qi)性(xing)重(zhong)建造(zao)成交(jiao)通(tong)、环境与资金压力大(da)等(deng)问题,从路(lu)(lu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)结(jie)构特(te)征和材料(liao)(liao)特(te)性(xing)入(ru)手,提出了采用柔(rou)(rou)(rou)性(xing)材料(liao)(liao)铺筑、具(ju)有特(te)定功(gong)能、结(jie)构使用寿(shou)(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming)(ming)可(ke)超(chao)过(guo)30年的长(zhang)寿(shou)(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming)(ming)沥(li)青(qing)(qing)路(lu)(lu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)技(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)。规程对材料(liao)(liao)和配合(he)比设(she)计、路(lu)(lu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)结(jie)构设(she)计、施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)艺(yi)、施(shi)工(gong)质量管理和检查验(yan)收(shou)等(deng)方面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)进行了详细规定。较传统路(lu)(lu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)结(jie)构相比,柔(rou)(rou)(rou)性(xing)基层(ceng)长(zhang)寿(shou)(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming)(ming)沥(li)青(qing)(qing)路(lu)(lu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)结(jie)构不设(she)半刚性(xing)基层(ceng),沥(li)青(qing)(qing)混合(he)料(liao)(liao)层(ceng)连续施(shi)工(gong),节约了养生工(gong)期(qi);将(jiang)各功(gong)能层(ceng)柔(rou)(rou)(rou)性(xing)材料(liao)(liao)依次铺筑在土基上,实(shi)(shi)现了路(lu)(lu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)结(jie)构总厚(hou)度减薄(bo)30cm以上,节约了石料(liao)(liao)资源。柔(rou)(rou)(rou)性(xing)基层(ceng)长(zhang)寿(shou)(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming)(ming)沥(li)青(qing)(qing)路(lu)(lu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)技(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)的应用,对推动我国长(zhang)寿(shou)(shou)(shou)命(ming)(ming)(ming)沥(li)青(qing)(qing)路(lu)(lu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)技(ji)(ji)术(shu)(shu)的发(fa)展以及(ji)落(luo)实(shi)(shi)交(jiao)通(tong)强(qiang)国战略(lve)具(ju)有重(zhong)要(yao)意义。

标准成(cheng)果已成(cheng)功应(ying)用于佛(fo)清从高速(su)一期(qi),各(ge)项检(jian)测数据(ju)表明使(shi)用状况优良。专(zhuan)家审(shen)议(yi)后一致认为(wei)(wei)该标准可系(xi)统解(jie)决沥青路(lu)(lu)面温缩裂(lie)缝、半刚性基(ji)层路(lu)(lu)面反射裂(lie)缝及(ji)重载交通下路(lu)(lu)面疲劳裂(lie)缝等典型病害,延长道路(lu)(lu)使(shi)用寿命,并为(wei)(wei)后续湿热地区公路(lu)(lu)建设提(ti)供借鉴,具有(you)重要(yao)的(de)理论意(yi)义和(he)工程价(jia)值。
